Record Keeping
Clients can rely on CZS to maintain accurate record keeping of all job activities, including air monitoring results, sampling, site visitation, worker activity and all other items pertaining to the completion of the job. Logs of day to day activities are kept and used as a basis for a final report that is submitted to the client, upon request, after completion of the operation.
Clean-Up, Disposal, Final Preparation
Clean-up is an important priority in CZS’s asbestos abatement operations. Final air samples are taken and sent for analysis. Waste materials and disposable protective equipment are containerized and properly disposed of at an EPA approved landfill.
Upon the request of the client, a final report is prepared detailing the entire operation, including test results and disposal procedures. Records of the abatement procedures are kept on file by CZS for future reference.
